About the Event
Sawmill is the premier LGBT community in the Southeast!
Relax at the heated outdoor clothing optional pool, experience the tranquility of the spacious grounds, walk around Ricki Lake, or enjoy the many activities our nearby community has to offer from Zip Lines to Antique Shopping.
Our campers dance the night away in Woody's Nightclub to the sounds of the areas best DJ's, lounge around at our Cigar Bar, cuddle up to our crackling campfires, and enjoy shows on our Main Stage inside our massive courtyard.
Come and enjoy four bars, various themed events, entertainment, daily activities, game-shows, comedy shows, and delicious food 365 days a year!
Sawmill is a 21+, private, membership-only club and you must be a member to visit or stay at Sawmill!
Our memberships are only $50 and are valid for a full 12 months.
A valid membership is required to make all reservations and must be valid during the entire stay.
Sawmill is a Cashless facility and is proud to be a member of the Friends with benefits program.
Woody's Nightclub is open Thursdays and Fridays 7pm -12am and on Saturdays 5pm-1am
Splash Cafe/ Pool is open 9am-9pm Sundays thru Thursday 9am-2am Friday's and Saturday's. (Full menu)
Lucy's General Store is open for purchases 24 hours a day. If at any point there is not a physical person inside- the gate attendant will certainly let you in to shop.

Memberships:
In order to start enjoying Sawmill, all guests must have a membership.
The great thing about our memberships is that for just $50 anyone 21 years or older can be a member for a full 12 months! The memberships allow you to enter the park with the purchase of any accommodations or a day pass.
Please keep in mind that Membership fees are non-refundable.
2023 ULTRA -PREMIUM CABIN
Ultra -Premium Cabins are the ultimate way to camp for the camper who is looking for all the comforts of home. Tommy Bahama Bedding, Bathroom with Rain shower, 50" Roku Television, Glass door beverage refrigerator, Microwave, Huge Smart wifi Mirror, Premium artwork design, and complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. Daily turndown service and room service are available, A $100 refundable deposit is charged at check-in for incidentals.
Friday & Saturday:$200 per night for two bed cabins ( No Pets)
2023 PREMIUM
Premium Cabins are the ultimate way to camp for the camper who is looking for all the comforts of home.
All cabins are equipped with A/C, a refrigerator, microwave, and all linens. Our Premium Cabins are 1 and 2 bed A/C cabins with tvs and Private Bathrooms!
Friday & Saturday:$155 per night for one bed cabins$180 per night for two bed cabins ( No Pets)
Additional guest fee:$15.00 per person per night.
2023 STANDARD
Standard Cabins come with one or two beds , They all have A/C and guests will use a shared communal bathroom.
All cabins are equipped with A/C, a refrigerator and all linens.
Friday & Saturday:$110 per night for one bed cabins $125 per night for two bed cabins.
Additional guest fee:$15.00 per person per night.

Full Payment is due at time of booking.
MINIMUM STAYS:A minimum stay of two nights is required on all weekends (defined as Friday and Saturday)
Please keep in mind that your reservations is guaranteed. However, site numbers are not guaranteed! We will attempt to get you in your preferred site/cabin, but if that specific site isn't available we will have to relocate you to another site.
2023 CANCELLATIONS
As Sawmill accommodations are extremely limited inavailability, cancellation penalties apply. Stays are non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be refunded in the form of a Camp Credit that is good for 60 days .Memberships are non-refundable ALL CAMP CREDITS EXPIRE IN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL RESERVATION AND CANNOT ROLLOVER. You must stay within the 60 days to use your credit. No extensions of any type are permitted and credits are non-transferable.
